Deepa Lathkar
Deepa is an accomplished business development professional with more than 19 years of experience across the UK, Europe and India, spanning sales, business development, administration and education. An electronics and telecommunications engineer, she began her career in hardware design at Velankani Information Systems, Bangalore, where she qualified as an ISO auditor.
At Sasken Communication Technologies she supported global key account management for European clients. In the UK, at Patni Computer Systems, she managed blue-chip semiconductor and telecommunications accounts, expanding business, strengthening relationships and helping open markets across the UK, Germany and Turkey. Most recently, she was Commercial Manager (Consultant) at Sahsana Technologies, a UK digital growth agency.
She guides clients through the entire engagement lifecycle, from the first conversation to lasting partnership, with an eye for detail shaped by her audit background. She has also spent eight years working in schools and tutoring across Greenwich, Bexley and Bromley, where she enjoys working with children.

Charan Vikram Raju
Charan is an entrepreneur and business leader with more than 30 years of experience building technology businesses. As a Director of Megatec Semiconductors and Quick Turn Consultancy and Solutions, he scaled both companies many times over, and later led sales and operations at Appex Semiconductors, growing its engineering team from 2 to 70.
He has worked with clients and partners across India, Israel, the Netherlands and wider Europe, turning requirements and RFQs into complete solutions, from complex PCB designs of up to 24 layers to sourcing, assembly and testing. He has delivered turnkey solutions for Indian defence public sector undertakings (PSUs) and DRDO laboratories, and supplied specialist components to manufacturers in Germany. He is backed by a network of RF specialists.
Charan works alongside Devinorras as an independent partner. He and Deepa first worked together at D'gipro Systems in Bangalore, the start of a professional association and friendship spanning more than two decades.
